ARP (Additional Resources Provision) Teacher MPR/UPR
Required from January 2026
We are delighted to be offering an opportunity to join Redby Academy as a Teacher in our newly opened Additional Resourced Provision (ARP) for children with Autism. The ARP will provide up to 16 places for children aged 4 to 11 with a verified diagnosis of Autism.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for SEND to join us in the role of ARP teacher. When full, the ARP will host up to 16 pupils and pupils will access learning both within the ARP provision and in mainstream classes where appropriate. The aim of the curriculum offer is to ensure that each pupil can make good progress towards or achieve the objectives set out in their EHCP, ensure pupils receive a differentiated national curriculum appropriate to their individual needs and that their emotional needs are met.
We are looking for someone with proven teaching experience, experience of teaching children with autism and strategies used and a passion to develop and support children with SEND.
We are committed to investing in our staff and you will receive a supportive induction programme and have access to high quality CPD. Opportunities are also available for Trust wide working and career development opportunities. You will also receive consistent support from a dedicated Headteacher, SLT, SENDCO, CEO, Trust Central Team, Local Governing Body and Trust Board.
